If you experience technical problems using the Smart Track™ College Funding Kit, please review the FAQ for answers to common questions. If you're still having issues, please contact us for assistance.

Q: I don't understand how the Smart Track™ College Funding Kit works.
A: Please review the information under the Get Started tab for details on each of the tools in the Smart Track™ College Funding Kit. Further instructions are located within each Tool -- just click on the Tool to open it and follow the prompts.

Q: I'm getting an error message while using the Smart Track™ College Funding Kit.
A: Please make sure you are using either Firefox or Chrome as your Browser.

Q: My information is not being saved within the Smart Track™ College Funding Kit.
A: Please make sure you are entering your information without symbols (do not use decimals, dollar signs, or hyphens, etc). Remember to also use either Firefox or Chrome as your Browser and not Internet Explorer or Safari.

Q: I am having problems adding information into the Quick College Cost Estimator or Customized Strategy Report.
A: If a field does not apply to you, enter '0'. Do not leave any fields blank. Make sure you are using whole numbers only. Do not use commas, decimal points, fractions, or symbols.

Q: I have more than one college-bound student. How can I create Customized Strategy Reports for each of them?
A: After you complete the form for one student, we recommend that you print out the resulting report. Then, return to the form and update the information specific to your next student (including student assets and college list). If the second student will be attending college at the same time, be sure to enter, '2 in school' to ensure the calculator provides you with the most accurate data.

Q: I was expecting an email from Smart Track™ but did not receive it.
A: Please check your junk or spam folder and add Info@SmartTrackEdu.com and Info@SmartTrackToolkit.com to your Safe Senders list.

Q: How do I reschedule or cancel a consultation appointment?
A: Click here to contact us and submit your request. You can also email info@SmartTrackEdu.com. Include your name and a good number for our staff to reach you. If you know it, please also include the Smart Track™ Coach's name, time, and date of the appointment you wish to reschedule or cancel.

Q: I received a promo code. How do I use it?
A: Parents of students attending high schools that participate in our High School Initiative receive certain special benefits. If so, you should have created your Smart Track™ account using your High School's registration page, and your promo code is already embedded in your account. If your family is not at a participating high school, and you received a promo code at a Smart Track™ Parent Education Workshop or through one of our Affiliate Partners, please include the code where prompted in the shopping cart.

Q: I did not receive a promo code. How do I get one?
A: If your child attends a high school that participates in our High School Initiative, you should have created your Smart Track™ account using your High School's registration page, and your promo code is already embedded in your account. However, if you were referred by one of our Affiliate Partners, please contact them directly for your special promo code. You will receive applicable discounts upon ordering services.
