The College Resource Center, LLC and its proprietary Smart Track College™ Funding system was founded in 2009. Smart Track™ provides an easy-to-use online platform along with seasoned college funding advisors to assist you in navigating the entire college funding and financial aid process. With corporate offices located in the Boston and Los Angeles areas, our co-founders Murray Miller and Scott Greenameyer, together with their team, deliver more than 100 years of combined college funding experience. Smart Track™ College Funding is designed to provide you with a system to maximize your financial aid and pay for college in the most advantageous manner.

Smart Track™ College Funding offers free membership to Junior and Senior High School families. Additionally on-site educational workshops are organized throughout the year in hundreds of high schools, corporations, associations and non-profits nationwide. Public, Private and Charter High Schools, PTO and PTA organizations, associations as well as both small and large Fortune 500 companies have hosted our college workshops.

Murray Miller- Smart Track College PlanningMurray Miller

Murray J. Miller is the President/CEO of the College Resource Center, LLC and co-founder of the Smart Track™ College Funding system.  Since 2000 Murray has been assisting families nationwide in maximizing financial aid, paying for college in the most tax advantaged manner and making a smooth transition from high school to college.

Murray is a published author, financial educator, popular speaker and national authority on the college planning process.  He has lectured nationwide on how families can beat the high cost of college.  He offers his expertise to parents of high school students with his book Winning the College Funding Game, and through corporate work/life benefit programs.  Mr. Miller also offers public college planning workshops through many local high schools. Murray has been consistently recognized as one of the country's top college advisors.

Mr. Miller has been a guest speaker on talk shows including local and nationwide stations such as Matt Schaffer’s Boston Sunday Review, Voice America with Ron Adams, and Money Matters Radio. Murray states, "I am a firm believer that any parent, regardless of their background or financial circumstances, can comfortably afford to help send their student(s) to college if they learn how to play and win the college funding game."

Murray is a native resident of Massachusetts and is married to Susan and has two children, Chelsea (recent graduate of Babson College, Magna Cum Laude), and Justin (a High School Student).


Scott Greenameyer- Smart Track College PlanningScott Greenameyer

Scott Greenameyer is the CFO of the College Resource Center, LLC and co-founder of the Smart Track™ College Funding system. For over a decade, Scott has used his extensive financial background and college funding knowledge to help make college affordable for families. His planning with clients includes positioning their finances to maximize financial aid eligibility, structuring their finances to create cash flow for college and taking advantage of little known tax strategies to reduce college expenses.

Scott is also the creator and designer of a proprietary web-based college planning platform that is currently being used by thousands of college planning professionals across the country.

Scott obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota in 1982 and currently holds professional designations as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified College Planning Specialist (CCPS). Scott is also a charter member of the National College Advocacy Group (NCAG). Prior to co-founding the College Resource Center, LLC Scott spent 20 years in the financial arena both in public accounting and as a corporate Chief Financial Officer.

Scott is married to Christine and has two children, Dillon (a recent graduate with his Masters from the University of San Diego), and Kohl (a Junior at Northern Arizona State).


Ron Foisy- Smart Track College PlanningRon Foisy

Ron is a Boston-based Smart Track™ College Funding Coach. He entered the world of financial planning in 1994 and spent four years studying for and earning a CFP designation. Ron practiced traditional financial planning (investment management, retirement planning and saving for college) for several years, and realized that paying for college was overwhelming all other aspects of financial planning for many families.

After learning more about college financial aid and the financial aid formula, Ron made the transition to helping families with their college planning in 2005. Ron's focus is on getting families through the college years with the least amount of wealth erosion possible.

Ron currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the MetroWest YMCA, Director of the Hopkinton Chamber of Commerce, Former Chair of the Hopkinton Youth Commission, Coach of U16 Softball, and Small Group Leader at Faith Community Church of Hopkinton. 

Ron is married to Barb, and has two children, Ryan (a recent graduate Syracuse University), and Jaclyn (a Junior at Tufts University).


Kevin Campbell- Smart Track College PlanningKevin Campbell

Kevin is a Fort Worth based Smart Track™ College Funding Coach.  Kevin is a former U.S. Marine.  Having put himself through college he knows what it’s like to be overwhelmed with the college process.  Perhaps that’s why he finds such great fulfillment today by assisting families in navigating the challenges of college funding.

Kevin has personally assisted hundreds of families in the college funding process, and educated thousands through public speaking on the topic.  In addition to consulting directly with families, he teaches workshops and provides families with college funding strategies.  He is a frequent commentator on all things college related. He has been featured on U.S. News & World Report, ABC, Fox, CBS affiliates, WBAP, Divorce Rescue Radio, and many others.

Kevin states “Getting in to a college isn’t the hardest part, getting the student into the right major, at the right college, with the right financial plan, getting them out on time, and minimizing the financial impact of the family, now that’s the true challenge.  Most people worry about getting their first child into college.  We worry about getting their last child out of college without destroying their retirement.  That’s the difference, and that’s what we do.”

Kevin is a member of the National Association for College Admission Counseling, and lives in the Fort Worth, TX with his wife, Chris, and two children.


Sam Mikhail- Smart Track College PlanningSam Mikhail

Sam is a Los Angeles based Smart Track™ College Funding Coach.  Sam has been a college funding advisor since 2006. He has helped thousands of families build a college plan to fund and attend the best colleges in the U.S.  His expertise provides financial solutions and college funding strategies that has provided his clients millions of dollars each year in college savings. 

Sam has been a financial professional since 2002 when he started as an Executive Recruiter for Accounting, Finance, Tax and Audit professionals.  His financial career transitions have taken him from Chase Credit Corporate to IBM to eventually becoming one of the nation’s leading college planners.  He has been featured on and/or endorsed by Dave Ramsey, Bill Handle Radio Show, Bob McCormick Radio Show (Money 101), and in numerous newspapers. 

Sam resides in Los Angeles, CA with Jackie, his lovely bride of 8 years and Bison their dog, a mastiff.
